    Terms of Use

The rules for using InternetFindr. Plain language, no surprises.

    Who we are

InternetFindr is an independent internet-plan comparison and research service. We are not an internet service provider, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an agent of AT&T, Verizon, Spectrum, Xfinity, T-Mobile, Frontier, Cox, CenturyLink, Optimum, Google Fiber, Starlink, or any other provider listed on this site. Information on this site is provided for comparison and research purposes only.

    Use of the site

InternetFindr is free to use. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not scrape, copy, resell, or republish our content, ratings, rankings, editorial scores, or datasets without our written permission.

    Accuracy of information

We work hard to keep provider plans, prices, and availability current — including editorial reviews and a visible "Last updated" date on our editorial pages. However, providers change their offerings frequently and final pricing, speeds, promotional terms, equipment fees, taxes, and availability depend on your service address. Always confirm the final price and availability directly with the provider at your address before signing up. Speeds shown are advertised maximums; actual speeds vary.

    Advertising & affiliate disclosure

InternetFindr is compensated when you sign up with a provider through some of our links (affiliate commissions paid by the provider or an affiliate network such as CJ Affiliate) or when you connect with our licensed call-center partner by phone (a referral fee). You pay the same price you would pay going directly to the provider — compensation never changes your price. Compensation does not and will not influence our Editor Scores, rankings, or the FCC coverage data we display. See how we make money and our methodology.

Callback requests, phone calls & consent

When you submit a callback or lead form (name, phone, address, plan preferences), we share that information with an authorized internet-service partner so they can contact you about internet service. By submitting the form, you consent to receive a phone call and/or text message from that partner at the number you provided, even if that number is on a state or federal Do-Not-Call list, and you agree that such contact may be made using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of further calls or texts at any time by asking the caller to remove you, or by replying STOP to any text.

Phone calls placed to numbers on this site are routed through a call-tracking platform (Retreaver) and may be recorded and/or monitored by the receiving call-center partner for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. By calling, you consent to such recording where permitted by law.

    Trademarks

All provider names, logos, service marks, and trademarks referenced on InternetFindr — including AT&T, Verizon, Spectrum, Xfinity, T-Mobile, Frontier, Cox, CenturyLink, Optimum, Google Fiber, Starlink, and others — are the property of their respective owners and are used only nominatively to identify, describe, and compare their products and services. No affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement is implied.

    No warranty

InternetFindr is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of provider information. Speeds, prices, promotions, and coverage are estimates based on the best data available and are subject to change without notice.

    Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InternetFindr and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or reliance on information shown here. Your sole remedy is to stop using the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages, in which case these limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.

    Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold InternetFindr harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms.

    Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
